Last week (in this post around minute 1:30 of the video) I showed how I was manually building my twitter following. This works great, but the tradeoff is time – for most people 3 to 5 hours a week to get a good, quality (real) potential readers of your book.
For Twitter marketing I’ve used a couple different tools like Tweet Whistle to help automate the process – but I can honestly say that nothing beats Tweet Adder in ease of use and functionality:
